I hate the weather in my home town at the moment – it varies between rain and gale force winds – unfortunately we are supposted to be having summer at the moment so that is a little unfortunate!

Do you find a poor summer depressing ? I certainly do – but at least it has variety – live in the tropics and its the same old, same old fine and warm weather day after day – which is starting to sound quite attractive from where I am sitting! Its not even the fact that’s its raining – its the feeling that one minute I have to rush outdoors to appreciate the sun because it may not back for a week – I have to change my schedule to suit the bloody weather – very unimpressed!

Instead I’d like a climate where I could count on a month or 3 of summer at a certain time of the year. Maybe global warming wouldn’t be such a bad thing in this part of the world ? It would do wonders for our local tourist industry to start with!

I am seriously thinking about moving town – and its purely about the cliamte – I like this town – we have a nice home – there are heaps of employment and fun opportunities here. But the weather sucks big time!

Maybe the weather will improve in a month or so – then we are looking at a whole 6 weeks of summer – wow that’s exciting – if you live in Greenland – which I don’t this is not supposed to be a sub-arctic climate – just a temperate one – bring on global warming before I get seriously depreassed!
